As some of you may or may not know, the original slew of Garbage Pail Kid cards in the 1980s lasted fifteen series. There was a 16th series made; the images had all been drawn and painted and the cards were ready to go. But Topps decided that GPKs were no longer profitable and the 16th series was never released.In 2003, Topps decided to bring Garbage Pail Kids back with new cards and artwork. They started the series off with the "lost" 16th series....
